During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I used the opportunity of being locked down, and bored at home with nothing to do, to educate myself about entrepreneurship. I had so much time, so I researched, and researched, and then researched some more on different business ideas. That's when I realized that I had been an entrepreneur for years without even knowing it. Almost every business went online since no one was going to the stores anymore due to the lock down. My daughters and I seized the opportunity to start an online business selling cosmetics. This business venture re-ignited my passion for all things beauty. Years ago, I had become a permanent makeup artist, but that career path was short lived because there wasn't much of a demand for beauty services then. Nowadays beauty sells, and everyone wants to look amazing, so I'm back at it. I've taken refresher courses to sharpen my skills as a PMU artist and constantly learning new skills to add to my menu. Hello, my name is Ada. I am a wife, a mom and an entrepreneur. I specialize in permanent makeup and tiny tattoo artistry. I am also a body sculptor as well as an educator in body sculpting and permanent makeup. I love the freedom of time and flexibility that being my own boss affords me. I worked in health care for several years as a Registered Nurse. I am thrilled that I've found a new passion that allows me the freedom of time to enjoy the things I love doing such as traveling, and volunteering. I travel the world for leisure and sometimes medical missions to give back. These are some of the perks of being an entrepreneur that I would not have, working as a nurse and having someone else control my schedule.
